I traveled from Indianapolis to Illinois and my experience with multi auto was excellent. They were very polite, professional, and reasonable. They fix and replaced everything I wanted done which was a few minor things. If I ever need another vehicle I will come back.

Friendly salesmen and employees. The vehicle we bought was good, far from perfect but given the age, it's pretty solid.  We were more interested in the newer model they had, but told us it wasn't for sale. Then, right after we purchased ours, it was up for sale. It was a pretty painless process, and they weren't very pushy like other dealerships. The credit company they use are pretty high with their interest rates,  so source your own lender if possible.

Bring your mechanic. The vehicles have multiple issues. Check all of the lights, ac and heat, underneath the vehicle. Don't sign anything until you do a full inspection on the vehicle. 2 customers walked in with multiple problems on the vehicles they purchased and warned me not to buy from multi autos dealership. I did a final inspection before driving off the lot and found deeper problems I did not see at first. I canceled the paper work the same day and they would not return my down payment. I had to provide proof to the bank in order to dispute the charge.
