Tempo mirror fitness. I bought this for our commercial gym and it is not being utilized as often as I’d like so I want to sell it. This is an amazing tool. Look them up on YouTube for more information but you have a monthly membership for about $40 and will have instant access to 1,000’s of classes. It teaches you how to exercise correctly and takes you through routines varying from 15 - 60 min at a time. Weightlifting, boxing, yoga, Pilates, barre, cardio, etc. I think it’s great and I wish more members would utilize it but it is taking up too much space so we are going to sell it. It is priced reasonably but you are welcome to make an offer. It does not come with any weights.
