We bought a car here in August 2025 and a truck from Alpine in 2024.  We are still working on both of them.
Their cars are detailed well but not quality checked at all.  Both vehicles we bought have each exceeded 2k in repairs and still are not right, each has issues that would have caused us to pass on each vehicle.  The truck had snow tires in the bed they tried to charge me for but were so old no dealer would put them on and we had to pay disposal fees.  We have asked several times to resolve this and are now just ignored....one of the repairs was a key they lost, a $600 key.
Our overall impression was a terrible experience.
They lied often, even about each other .

Hello! I baught a BMW from Alpine, The process was pretty quick and easy including the paperwork side of it, We talked to Meric and Mercedes, who got us all setup with BMW paperwork and physically, Test drove it and it was a beautiful and fun experience, They Also recommeneded some other vehicles that we check out and test drive but I was pretty sold on the features and how well it seemed to be taken care of internally and underneath the hood. And explained some extra coverages if anything said were to be an issue, Not skipping a beat of details. When we first were going for a drive the BMW didn’t start, and immediately they jumped on the issue replaced the battery; SAME DAY. and even when the deal was done, we came back to pick up the vehicle; Mercedes offered to put $20 in the tank since it was a little low and she definitely didn’t need too! Her process of explaining the contract, your agreements and even getting it all rolling was a breeze for her and made it a fun process. and I hate paperwork! :)

Super easy transaction with Zach and Eric at Alpine Motors. I honestly didn't think I'd get approved for anything but we pulled it together!

The process of initial contact, test drive, trade in, financing, and paperwork could not have been easier. I'm happy with the 2009 Pontiac Vibe that I bought. The only minor thing is that the car definitely needs new tires.
