Couch is honestly in excellent condition bought about two years ago but hardly ever used it. It’s a $3500 couch. I’m willing to let go of it for $800 obo The only reason why we are getting rid of it it’s because we are going to enclosure that part of my living room, so the couch no longer fits in the house It’s not your typical futon couch. This couch comes with a memory foam about 4” inches thick so it’s almost like sleeping on a tempur-pidec bed and not on the discomfort of a regular futon couch normally gives you.
