Description

Maker: Empire Furniture Co. Year: circa 1920's Wood: Walnut & oak Beautiful antique walnut secretary desk. Original hardware and glass panels. This is a two piece unit making it easier to move. The glass doors have ball catches and the original adjustable shelf. There are 3 dovetail jointed drawers which open smoothly. The piece was manufactured by the Empire Furniture Co. out of Huntington West Virginia around the 1920's. They were well known for making desks and secretaries. Beautiful hard to find piece.
