Gym Includes: Half Rack that also has pull up bar variations and dip bar, Smith Machine/multi gym, dumbells w/rack 10-45 (incremental of 5s) 210 pounds total, 1,005 pounds in free weight (11-45s, 4-35s, 6-25s, 8-10s, 8-5s), adjustable bench, calf raise machine, olymbic bar and Ez curl bar with bar locks included, titan deadlift pads, rope, butterfly, lat, and straight bar attachments for mutli-gym. Theres a dumbell handle that make dumbells into kettlebells which is valuable. Also have a bowflex of dumbells that go from 10-90 pounds( in 5s) Boxing bag. A lot of stuff.
