Amazing from the start to finish. Rosa set up the test drives for my F150 right when I told her what trucks I was interested in. Then Rosa and Sergei made the financing of my transaction seamless. There were some challenges after the test drive with a check engine light and inspection; however, Sergei went above and beyond to ensure the truck was 100% what I wanted before I drove it off the lot. The truck was inspected, and they fixed everything as they promised. Best of all, Rosa, Claudia, Nikko, and Sergei were all very patient with me and my questions, which I had a lot. I am 100% satisfied with the purchase of my F150 and definitely can recommend the dealership. Lastly, they even held my EZ-pass for me to come back to pick up.
