Motor & transmission in good working condition. I have not been able to get it back started and i have invested over $15k in this project. Inside 1977 Ford leprechaun coachman is in great condition. 1977 ford coachman Leprechaun e250 24 footer can sleep 3-5 Would be excellent 1 br live in trailer/ storage/ she shed/ tiny home...etc Runs great when it gets started Salvaged('22) got rear-ended while parked and took out the rear water tank for the bathroom. Got frame welded to pass bmv inspection, added back cage for generator. Got rear-ended again. Lost 1 of gas caps otw from Michigan. 1 of gas tanks doesn't register and leaks. New windshield, welded driver floor board. New tires, rims, sway bars/ control arms, shocks, struts('17/'18) Maybe $15k worth of work since i got it in (2014) The carburetor got rebuilt. Had transmission rebuilt. No leaks, roof sealed Put new carpet down over top of original carpet All original other than that... dishes, bedding, curtains, pillows all washed and deep cleaned when I took ownership Propane tank intact Stove works Heat and ac worked
