Yes everything works as it should. I just took it to key west Florida in may this year. Has 2 brand new tires and the other 2 are only just over a yr old . Ice cold ac , forced hot air furnace, microwave, stove,oven,refrigerator, hot water heater, has one big slide out. Also has electric brakes . Ill include the trailer hitch with the Load bearing anti-sway Torsion bars, they make all the difference in the world i paid like $670.00 for the hitch alone. It can sleep 4 adults and 2 children comfortably. Im only selling because i bought a diesel truck so i can get a 5th wheel camper . Shoot me a reasonable offer theres no leaks i had all the seams Professionally resealed before my trip.
