This dealership is one of the best car purchasing experience I’ve ever had. While I was hesitant buying online, Anise made me feel at ease and has been very understanding the entire time. Honest and very reliable. He stayed in contact with me at all time in every step of the way.

After about three weeks trying to figure out the ins and outs of online purchasing, my car is finally shipping. It could have been sooner but my bank held me back a couple of weeks. Make sure you have the money ready if you want the car sooner but that is my fault.

I wish more dealerships are like this where they are honest, easy to talk to, reliable, and willing to work with the customer.

My experience did not start out perfect but it ended up perfect because of the great integrity and service that Anise at Doski Motors provided. I bought a 2013 model S 85 with 87K miles on it. This was my first time buying a used car from a dealer so I definitely learned a few things that I should pass along to you. There was some cosmetic and functional flaws with the vehicle that I noted before making my purchase and Anise said that he would take care of it. On the day of my pickup, the flaws were taken care of as promised but the tire pressure sensor was one of the issues that was still unresolved. Anise said to take it to the Tesla dealership and they would take care of the bill.

The good thing about purchasing a used Tesla from Doski Motors is that they have a 3000 mile warranty that covers battery defects. I am super thankful that they have this warranty because my battery did in fact have charging issues within this 3,000 mile warranty period. Anise drove all the way from the San Diego area to my place in Stanton in Orange county to repair the fault. This happened twice because the first time there seem to be an issue with the 12 volt battery and the second time there was an issue with the charge unit. Both got replaced.

When I took the vehicle to the Tesla dealership, their service charge was more than Anise was expecting to pay, so he said to bring the vehicle by his store and he would replace the tires with the original tires and wheels that had the compatible tire pressure monitor so that I would not get an annoying TPMS pop up every time I started the car. Just a day or two before I was scheduled to bring the car back to get the tires replaced, he informs me that they no longer had the original wheels and tires. So he instructed me to take the car back to the Tesla dealership for service. He ended up taking care of the bill as promised. There were other flaws with the vehicle that I noticed only after I purchased it and if I were to do this again, I would be more diligent in testing everything for functionality and doing a closer inspection for cosmetic satisfaction. However, there is no question as to the integrity of Anise. He is a true man of his word. If I were to purchase a used Tesla again, I would not hesitate to purchase from this dealer because they stand by their word. Even though my experience did not start out the best for purchasing a used vehicle, Anise and his team made it right in the end and took care of me. That is the kind of excellent customer service that wins repeat business and referrals.

Most honest dealer I’ve ever worked with. No BS no anti theft or any of those dealer add on charges. Great prices; saw a car I liked and was able to test drive sign and drive away all in the same day. He handled the registration and overnight shipped the plates once he got them. 10/10 Have bought two cars and will buy more again!
