Both items are in my guest bedroom. Turning into an office. I rarely have guests. Mattress stays covered/protected. Non smoker, no children, pets bed bugs, roaches or other pests. Impeccably clean home. I do not eat in my bedrooms or wear shoes in my house. Throwing in a 2in foam mattress topper and the mattress cover which is only 6 most old. Just replaced it. Bed is bronze metal leaf with faux leather side boards and supportive wood slats underneath for extra support. I forgot how big the area rug is but I believe it's 8x10. Bed $200 Area rug $50
