I had a wonderful experience getting my very first car for college from here! Emmad was incredibly helpful, resourceful, and honest, making the process easy and fun! We ran into a little issue on our test drive, but he was always understanding and kind. He hand washed the car for us, sanded one of the headlights, and replaced the windshield wipers - not because we told him to, but because he thought they could be better. He even let us take a car wash spray and cleaning rag home with us! He also did all of our licensing and registration. You could tell that he truly strived to give us an awesome car at a great value, and for this I am so grateful! From my experience, 10/10 recommend this dealership - service went above and beyond :)

Super unhappy with this place. I caught the bus here all the way from Puyallup to look at a 07 Camry. I’m a single mom with 4kids. I explained to the guy I needed a car for my family, my son just had back surgery and here I am with NO CAR a bed ridden child plus three others on the bus! and he went on to tell me how amazing this Camry was I wouldn’t have any problems and it would be great for me and my kids. Haven’t even been able to drive the car 30 days! AC wasn’t working they told me it would be when I picked it up, it was but two days later stopped working again! Check engine light came on orileys told me my #3 plug was misfiring and I should change all 4 and all the coil packs because 2 weren’t working even though he told me he did a tuneup went back to the lot he told me he did a tune up they were wrong. I even showed him the diagnostic report Left it at that, changed all the spark plugs and all 4 coils car still not running. It also needed a fuel pump bought that had it done, still not running. Now I’m told it jumped time and I need a timing belt! Do you think they are answering or returning my calls of course not! I wouldn’t recommend at all! I’ve put so much money into the Camry and it’s still not running!

I Buyed 2006 Toyota corolla that was very good condition and runs very good and i recommend this place if trying to buy a used car with good price and the people are so polite and helpful.
