Got my first brand new 2026 ride from Northside Chevrolet. Jorge was patient and kind along with the manager and everyone else I encountered there. Hands down I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is searching for a new ride.

Found Northside Chevrolet on the internet and got in touch with Joseph Socrates Alvarez, let me tell you that he was pleasant to work with and did most of the deal over the phone and when I arrived, everything was taken care of for me and everyone at the dealership was polite and willing to help out. The facility was super clean and the staff was very helpful.  Will definitely do business with them again.

‏I had a very disappointing experience at Northside Chevy and Ford, specifically with Dan Higgins. I came in hoping to ask a simple question about a vehicle I purchased—nothing more than a quick 30-second conversation. I went to his office respectfully, expecting at least basic courtesy. Instead, the receptionist informed him I was there, and he outright refused to see me. He didn’t even bother to acknowledge me or offer any help. For someone handling customer concerns, this kind of attitude is completely unacceptable. A manager at a major dealership should be approachable and willing to assist, not dismissive and rude. This experience reflects very poorly on the dealership’s customer service

My experience at Northside Dealership with Luigi Di Leo was extremely satisfied. He gave me all the information and pictures that I needed to know exactly what the vehicle that I was purchasing had still yesterday I was asking questions and he made sure I understood everything. His so awesome at what he does. They knew that I was coming from out of town and they had everything ready so I wouldn’t spend all day at the dealership. Hector also made sure I understood everything I was signing in the contract and any questions I had were answered. Overall I would definitely go back and purchase from Luigi. Hope to see you all sometime on again!!!

I arrived at Northside Chevrolet with high hopes of getting a new vehicle. We were helped by Jorge Rodriguez and I’m so glad he did! He was nice, helpful, and patient with all my questions and doubts. I was able to walk out with a 2026 Equinox! Jorge made sure to stay until the end to take some pictures and give me a full tour of my new vehicle! Everyone we spoke to at this dealership was sooo helpful, I would definitely recommend Northside Chevrolet to anybody for their next vehicle!
