This is a very clean ES-347. For those unfamiliar, think of it as an ES-335 with ES-355 style upgrades (ebony fingerboard, gold hardware, mother-of-pearl block inlays). The toggle switch on the lower horn alternates between humbucker and single-coil wiring. Regarding condition, you'll observe minor finish wear (pickguard wear, faint scuffs on the back, a tiny ding on the neck) if you look closely in good light, but you'd never guess it's about 45 years old except the binding has yellowed a little due to age. Frets have been professional leveled and dressed. Truss rod works normally. Functionally it's like new, and cosmetically it's about as good as an instrument this age gets. This guitar is basically the stock instrument with a few 100% reversible upgrades as noted below; all original parts are included. Seymour Duncan Antiquity pickups with lightly aged covers, and four-wire leads for coil splitting. (Big improvement over the original "Dirty Fingers" pickups, which are also included.) John Carruthers (world-renowned luthier) did the installation. Replacement Gibson truss rod cover; the original is included, but the "ES" in "ES-347" is faded (see photo). Schaller (or equivalent) strap-lock buttons; original Gibson buttons are included. The guitar comes with the original OEM Gibson case (black). The brown Gibson case (last two photos) is offered separately for $200 and is in near-mint condition; it fits like a glove and provides better protection than the original. Cash only.
