My wife and I are selling our 2016 Lincoln MKX reserve AWD. She is fully loaded and has after market 20” wheels! (Lug nut key is provided). Tires were put on not too long ago, they are a Nexen GTX, rated for 70,000 miles. The tires new have 9.5/32 tread depth and the tread depth now shows just a little below 9/32. I need to get her detailed and cleaned and will be taking it to my mechanic to make sure there are not any issues with the vehicle. If there are, I will be getting that taken care of before allowing it to be picked up. It has a little over 109,000 miles on it. It has been well maintained, oil changes regularly, fluids checked and tires rotated. It also has heated steering wheel, heated and cooled front seats and heated seats in the back.
