Black walnut trees are largely sought after. They grow slow but once fully grown they’re worth serious money. The wood is prized by lumberyards and buyers. One full brown black walnut tree can sell for as high as $100 grand. Even the lowest of them sells for at least $30 grand. This is how good the wood is. I’m selling the saplings (between 8-16” tall) for $25.00 each. They’re a fruiting tree that produces a lot of black walnuts. Pain in the butt to crack the actual walnuts out and eat but that’s indicative with the species. The wood is a dark textured grain with multiple shades of browns and blacks within it. The wood product that comes from it is of the most expensive and finest nature offers. These trees are not everywhere because they take a long time to mature.
