Great condition. Crank up. Inside is gutted and remodeled to suit our family's needs. More space without the dining table and kitchen. Used with a pop up kitchen you can place outside bought on Amazon. Not included. Replaced vinyl floor with tongue and groove waterproof gray washed wood planking that continues up hard sides. Original canvas has been cleaned and waterproofed sprayed. Original roof top air conditioner was too big and heavy, replaced with sun roof and 12,000 btu wall air conditioner installed in front frame, ceili ng replaced with vinyl marble tile, new tires and spare 2023. Stored in garage. Outside and frame repainted an pin striped. Has some accessories, put in inside lighting. Comes with cutains, rods, bedding, hitch locks, receiver hitch, electrical works. Two full size pull out beds. Selling because I cant crank the hitch anymore.
