There is absolutely nothing wrong with this laptop. It comes with the charger. Bought this from BestBuy in November 2018, but 3 months later my job provided me with a laptop so I stopped using this and stored it in my office. I have the original receipt, where I paid $949 w/ tax and 1 yr warranty. The retail price of the laptop was $849. For all specs about this laptop check out the Model # 17(contact info removed)SLV-PUS and SKU #(contact info removed) The laptop has no files/programs other than what it came with and is ready for a new owner. You are welcome to come and try it out before purchasing it.
