Total Gym XL - works great, very smooth, with workout cards

I have a Total Gym XL in great condition. Everything moves and adjusts smoothly. It folds up flat to stand against the wall or slide under the bed when not in use. I'll include a flip chart with different exercises you can use and a water bottle holder for convenience. I'll throw in a mat that helps provide stability and protect the floor.
