48x18 Bathroom Vanity

Selling our 48" x 18" vanity cabinet base. This is a solid, sturdy piece and all drawer slides and cabinet doors function exactly as they should. We bought this to install in our bathroom, but it is just too small for our space, so we have decided to sell it. Please note: This is the cabinet base only; the top is not included. There is some minor cosmetic wear on the top edges of the particle board frame as well as a couple doors shown in the photos. Once a new countertop or vanity top is installed, these edges will be mostly covered, making this a perfect, affordable base for a bathroom update, mudroom, or craft room project. Hardware is included in a bag with the unit. This vanity currently retails for $799 new. I am asking $300, reflecting the fact that the top is missing and accounting for the minor cosmetic damage on the top edge and doors.
