Great comfy sofa. Seats 3-4 depending on how cozy you are. Smoke free household. There’s some stains, one of those things where you clean up a spill and just the water from cleanup makes more of a mark than the actual spill. But you can see we put an Amazon couch cover on it (yellow velvet!) and it covers it beautifully. We are keeping the cover for our new couch but included the pictures so you can see what the bones of this couch can do. 85” long X 36” deep X 32.5” tall
