custom built water proof Bluetooth speaker. Let me start out by saying I hand crafted this speaker myself using only the best parts available. This thing gets really loud and sounds really good. The case I used for this build is the Apache 3800 weather proof resistant case. These cases are super rugged impact resistant and water resistant. The speakers I used are the Polk DB522 2-Way Coaxial Marine Certified Speaker with 300W peak power, 4-ohm impedance, 5-1/4" polypropylene woofer cone, 3/4" silk dome tweeter & a strong rubber surround is built to reproduce high-quality music. The speaker is glued into the box and is also bolted into the box using stainless steel hardware. The amp I used to power this speaker is a genuine Dajunguo audio Bluetooth amplifier that features dual tpa3116d2 chips that put out 100 watts x 2 so each speaker is getting 100 watts. When I build a speaker box battery life is very important to me along with safety. This is why I use the talentcell 25.6v battery with a staggering 6ah of capacity. You could run this speaker for a week straight with this battery before it needs a recharge and with the built in BMS you never have to worry about your battery having any problems it's like a built in protection circuit. To make the sound quality better I use sound deadner on both the front and back of the box. This helps with panel flex and gives the box better bass output. The power switch I use is a 16mm black switch with blue when pressed. I personally use switches rated up to 30 volts and 20 amps. Again a lot of other builders cheap out on this part using switches that are rated way to low meaning they could burn out a lot quicker. The final accessory I add to every box is a 3 port USB fast charger. This charger features 2 USB c 45 watt ports and a 18 watt quick charge 3.0 USB port. The charger also comes with a voltage meter so you know how much life you have left on your battery. The best feature about this charger is that it has its own built in power switch so if you wanted to use this without the Bluetooth amplifier on you could do that and you can also use it while your listing to music. All the components have been Velcroed to the inside of the box. This is nice for 2 reasons one the Velcro acts like a shock absorber and if a component ever fails it can be easily swapped out for a new one. All the wiring in this box is high quality oxygen free copper wiring and most connections are soldered and heat shurnk. All wires are neatly organized and ziptied to the box with adhesive blocks to make sure nothing ever comes loose or disconnected. I personally build these boxes myself and put a lot of time and effort to make them as best as can. These Bluetooth boxes are great for any outdoorsman. Since these are waterproof weather proof they can be used in any environment. The heat the cold rain or snow it will always work and not leak a drop into the case.
