Strongly prefer an adult collector or cycling enthusiast. Not an ideal bike for kids. Low ballers ignored. Vintage Trek 7000 21 speed aluminum mountain bike. Manufactured sometime in the mid/late 90s. Was owned by an older gentleman who couldn’t ride it anymore. Brought back to life with some parts I had lying around, and new shift/brake cables/housing, tires, brake pads, and grips. Mix of Shimano drivetrain. Shimano cantilever brakes. 26” wheels, Bontrager pavement tires that hold air. Origin 8 pedals, Vans grips, aftermarket Marzocchi spring fork, specialized saddle. Recommended for riders 6’2” and taller, or those with long legs. 22.5” frame 33.5” stand over / top tube height Bike in great shape for its age. Has some paint chips around BB from chain derailment, and other normal signs of use. Only cons are that middle chainring is worn and will not take any torque, and the grips don’t allow the shift levers to cycle freely, but that’s more inconvenient than a con. I rarely changed gears as I only cruised it around town.
