Selling our fifth wheel bought a newer travel trailer so we can pull it with our three-quarter ton pick up truck. Unit has two bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, dinette, master bedroom has queen size bed, and a bunkhouse with 2 bunk beds. Has washer and dryer. One of the jacks is bad needs new gears, but I have the new jack and gears in hand (THIS HAS BEEN REPLACED ALREADY). Everything works in the unit no leaks, but roof does need minor repairs. It’s got a few soft spots but no internal water damage, I do have the materials for the repairs and will send them with you to do it yourself. Only minor cosmetic repairs need completed inside, such as, new blinds, some trim pieces & cabinet doors need put up (DONE) (do have the trim & cabinet doors on hand and it comes with the sale of the unit), needs some new carpet or linoleum on the living room slideout and carpet cleaning in the bunkhouse, needs some new light bulbs, and a new outside porch light needs installed (THIS HAS BEEN REPLACED 7/25). The underbelly needs to be rehung, and in the front half, needs installed. (Parts for this are included in the sale of the unit). Unit would need a cleaning such as wiping down with disinfectant cleaner, sweeping, mopping, and bathrooms cleaned. (DONE) Asking $5000.00 OBO. TODAY ONLY! Title has been ordered, see photos. *UPDATE *LANDING GEAR REPLACED* *PORCH LIGHT REPLACED* *TRIM INSTALLED* *CLEANED* To be clear, this would be a couple day project to do all the repairs. But it is livable, and can be used immediately. Don’t bother coming and looking at it and complain about repairs needed, because they’re clearly listed in detail in this post!
