Description

These speakers were all the rage a few years back, receiving outstanding reviews, including some very glowing ones, like this one from Z reviews: https://offerup.co/faYXKzQFnY?$deeplink_path=/redirect/ However, they were always notoriously hard to get a hold of and nowadays are completely impossible to buy unless you find a used pair like these. These sold for over 1,000 USD at the time, sometimes getting as high as 1,800 USD. I finally acquired a pair in 2018 and have taken great care of them since then and have had many years of listening joy with these. They have never been driven hard, in fact, they were always used at low volume levels due to living in an apartment at the time. Listing these for 500 USD which is quite a steal. There are currently only three of these available on the used market and all in Europe and starting at around 650 USD. They have a sensitivity of 88 dB/Watt/meter, so they don't need a ton of power but play very nice with some higher powered gear. These probably are not sensitive enough to drive to impressive levels with a low watt tube amplifier, but at low levels they should work just fine with low power tube amps. I used these with a 50 watt amp and had fantastic results, getting much louder than I needed with the available power. If you are interested, I will also throw in some speaker stands (last picture) for free. Also, keep in mind, these are bookshelf speakers but they are very large and heavy, so definitely a serious speaker and not a tiny little bookshelf speaker you can tuck away somewhere. They are great fun and I already envy whoever will pick these up!
