Smart Zigbee Zwave Smoke Detector for Comcast Xfinity Home Alarm

This a compatible SMC (GE) SMCSM01-Z  photoelectric smoke detector for Comcast XFINITY Home security monitoring system. This can easily be added to your system (by yourself) to keep your home monitored in case of fire. This is wireless and operates using either zigbee or zwave protocol but is ONLY compatible with Comcast alarm system as far as I know. I installed this myself and know it works fine. It is in used condition but was only installed for less than a year. Batteries are included and sold last another 3+ years. I am also selling other parts of my Xfinity system so look at other items I have listed. I decided to switch to another monitoring service. Retail price was $50.
