UPDATE March 2025

My 2016 Honda Odyssey had a bad radiator and was sold to me like this in February, 2025. I was putting coolant in and it was leaking everywhere. I don't know if the dealer knew it, I certainly did not know until I drove it a few times and it had a burning smell. Luckily, I had the warranty through GWC but my car has been in the shop now more than I've been able to use it. It's not a ding to the Roy or the manager but it certainly wasn't reported on mechanic inspection sheet. That unfortunately has left me with the repair process myself and I'm a bit disappointed that it wasn't checked as adding a bit of coolant would have been a obvious failure. Again, Roy was great as a seller but I feel like the mechanic who checked the vehicle should have noticed coolant coming out of the bottom. Now I can't use a vehicle that I desperately needed and it's sitting in a shop for going on two weeks waiting for GWC adjusters to approve the claim at Sun Auto on Stephanie.

Working with Roy was an excellent experience 👌 the place was clean and friendly. The process was simple and explained in detail. There is a lot of paperwork but it's like this at any dealership. They have a soda machine  and restroom in case you have to go during the process.

yesterday me and my family bought Volkswagen Tiguan and they exceeded my expectations! They walked us through the cars we were interested in and gave us amazing deal on this vehicle.. they’re team seems to be filled with genuine people. Michael, Julio, Roy all helped us yesterday and really tried to get us to a number we were comfortable with. 100% will return again to buy a car for my other daughter.

These guys are the best! Josue was super helpful and very patient with us. Trey was equally fantastic. These two guys went above and beyond to help me and my wife get into our dream car. Eric was amazing. Took the time to show me multiple vehicles. Gave me pricing, mileage, and car fax information! When one car didn’t meet my financing wants, he got Trey the finance manager involved. Together, they found a car that met all my needs! Super happy with my new car! Thank You both!

Fantastic group of guys they helped me approve for my car would highly recommend coming to Roy he’s gonna get the job done! Highly recommended.
