Description

COMFORT SLEEPERS by American Leather Company. Dimensions are 80 long by 40 deep by 20 tall approximately. Sleeping area is approximately 65 inches wide. We used our Cal King sheets and they fit just a little large. The mattress is in excellent condition and only used a handful of times with a full memory foam topper and mattress protector. Leather is clean with no holes or rips, but could use a good conditioning. We do have a small dog, but she doesn’t go in the guest room, where this couch was kept. From a smoke free and cat free home. Approximately five years old. This sofa sells for between $4000 and $7000. It is very well-made and extremely heavy, you will need at least two very strong people probably three for moving.
