Description
Realistic 32-1200B Stereo Mixing Console, made by radioshack in the 80-90’s. sounds pretty good! i’ve never recorded any cassettes with it personally as i’m a pro tools guy but have def jammed many times, mixing mine & my friends volume levels using this thing. also great for summing audio together- for example if you wanted to record a drum kit w 3-4 mics but your interface only has 2 inputs, you could route the drum mics into this mixer & sum/mix the signals together & then feed the output of this device into your interface. think of it as adding 3-4 inputs to your interface, or having the ability to mix volumes together better. ideal for someone who isn’t looking for the cleanest, modern sounding recordings. this mixer has preamps comparable to a scarlet interface in terms of their signal to noise ratio . def not as good as my apollo but cool for any music besides pristine pop.
