When I went to sit on one of the couches to wait in the mall the woman working the store told me,  my partner and my baby that we could not sit on them without shopping because her boss would call her and ask as to why we weren’t buying. She was sitting on the couch on her phone when she told us this. Very interesting how we can’t sit down but she, the employee, can sit on a couch scrolling social media instead of at her desk.

Horrible customer service , very rude ! They made my kid cry because he sat on one of the couches for sale. The guy working yelled at my kid without warning . Don’t buy from this company , the furniture is extremely cheap and the staff are lazy and mean .

This is the most shady business I have ever bought anything from! We bought a bedroom set that looked gray online and we verbalized we wanted gray on the phone when it was delivered in Boxes it said Brown, before the delivery guy left my yard we informed him it was not the correct color and he said once someone signs for the delivery he can NOT take it back….we called and the sales man stated that set only comes I brown. And told us they would not take it back or exchange it. We also bought a sectional which 2 of the recliners broke within 1 month of having it!!!!!! They REFUSE TO FIX IT OR MAKE IT RIGHT… DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE DON’T LET THEM STEAL YOUR MONEY. They are thieves!!!!!

Stephanie was great! She helped a lot when it came to deciding on furniture ! She had great input ! When I need furniture again I will definitely be coming to her !

My wife and I bought a beautiful leather living room set from them. 4 weeks into owning them the are breaking and we can't use them and this company is refusing warranty, returns, or replacement. Really was hoping they would help out but they don't care about customers just care about making sales
