HOW DOES THE WHISPERKOOL SYSTEM WORK? The WhisperKool unit can be set at any temperature within the accept- able wine-aging range of 55°F and 65°F. As the temperature begins to drop within the wine cellar, the relative humidity will rise, while the absolute humidity will stay the same or decrease, depending on the ambient humidity level. The WhisperKool system is designed to maintain humidity rather than dehydrate, while measuring and maintaining the wine temperature in the cellar. This is achieved by gently cooling rather than by quick- chilling.
