Description

READ FOR DETAILS Hoist adjustable dumbbells There are a few different designs/models of this particular dumbbell, so I'll do my best to describe this set. They look like Iron master because they are the original iron master. I actually have two pairs of Hoist adjustable dumbbells, and I'm only selling this pair. This pair should have four (1 1/4 lb) original plates, which I do not have. I have added four 1 inch standard (1 1/4 lb) plates and four 1 inch standard (2.5 lb) plates By adding those additional plates, each dumbbell is around 40lb EACH What does it come with? (Two) Hoist adjustable dumbbell handles (Four) screws (Twenty) Original 2.5lb Hoist plates (Four) 1 1/4lb 1 inch hole standard plates (Four) 2.5lb 1 inch hole standard plates Each handle with the screws is around 7.5lb Adding the 1 1/4lb gives you around 10lb handle Adding the rest of the 2.5lb on each side will then give you increments of 5's Making each dumbbell from (Weight not exact BUT around) 10lb 15lb 20lb 25lb 30lb 35lb and 40lb (See pictures) Hoist adjustable dumbbells are more compact than Iron Master. The diameter of the plates is also smaller, just under 6 inches in diameter. The length of the center handles is around 5 1/2 inches, smaller than Iron Master handles. I have added pictures next to my Eisenlink dumbbells for comparison (See pictures) The dumbbells are solid, won't rattle, and have a traditional dumbbell feeling with a nice knurling. The original plates can easily be taken out without removing the screws completely. The plates could use some new paint. I'm not in a hurry to sell. Like I said, I have two pairs. I usually use this pair from 10lb to 40lb and my other from 40lb to 50lb. The screws are long enough to hold 55lb pounds on each dumbbell with the original plates. For safety purposes, I only max this particular model to 50lb. It can hold 55lb (with original plates) but don't like having the screws barely holding the weight. At this point, I have too many dumbbells, calibrated plates, and adjustable dumbbells, so depending on what I sell first, I might add more stuff or remove stuff from my sales list. The price is $320 FIRM Check my sales list for other dumbbells Thanks for looking
