I am helping a neighbor whose Mother was an antique dealer sell a few remaining things. I believe this information to be accurate. These bowls are made by the indigenous people of the Amazon. The markings are supposed to represent the energies and visions of the jungle and rivers. This one is 10 1/2" w x 4" h and has a few chips on the lip. I have seen smaller ones with no damage for $650. Best Offer
