Description
Carfax-certified one-owner vehicle with no accidents or damage history, this Viper RT/10 has spent its entire life pampered by a devoted owner in the warm, dry climate of Southern California. Originally unveiled as a concept in 1989 and fast-tracked to production by 1992, the Dodge Viper RT/10 was born out of a bold vision from then-Chrysler President Bob Lutz—to create an American sports car in the spirit of the original Shelby Cobra. With a raw, unfiltered driving experience, the Viper was crafted on a modest budget using a V10 engine originally designed for Dodge’s heavy-duty pickups and suspension components from the Dakota. Legendary figures like Carroll Shelby and Lee Iacocca endorsed the project, which quickly gained traction and culminated in one of the most iconic performance cars of the 1990s. The result was a visceral, unapologetic machine—flawed yet unforgettable. The Viper’s 8.0-liter (488-cubic-inch) V10 delivers an unmistakable growl through its side pipes, building to a thunderous roar that defines the car’s character. This particular Viper comes with a touching backstory. The original owner — a truly kind and genteel woman — recently approached us to purchase the vehicle she cherished. She originally bought it with her then-boyfriend, later buying out his share to keep it for herself. Although driven sparingly, she ensured it was regularly serviced and even had brand-new tires installed about a year ago due to age, not wear. Mechanically, the car is in outstanding condition: Front brakes: 6mm of wear remaining Rear brakes: 8mm of wear remaining Tires: Nearly new No expense was spared in maintaining and preserving this rare Viper, and thanks to its ideal California climate and meticulous care, this is easily one of the finest, most original examples we’ve seen. It’s as close to showroom condition as one can hope to find today. Shipping & Financing We offer nationwide and international shipping and can assist most buyers with financing. Protection products including vehicle service contracts (extended warranties) and other coverages are also available to help ensure many years of worry-free ownership. Don’t Miss Out This unicorn won’t be available for long—contact us today to make it yours.
