Just pulled out of my 2002 Ford E250 6cyl Cargo Van. Unit was rebuilt only 18k miles before the engine blew. Receipt and current odometer reading attached here for you to confirm transmission usage. *Comes with torque converter! The 4R70W from a 2002 E-250 V6 can be a direct swap for these vehicles: Ford E-150 and E-250 Vans (1997–2002): The 4R70W paired with the 4.2L V6 was used in these vans across these years, offering a high degree of interchangeability. Ford F-150 (1997–2002): The 4.2L V6 version of the F-150 used the same transmission during this period. However, bellhousing bolt patterns and input shaft lengths can vary with other F-150 engines, so direct interchangeability is engine-specific.
