Beyond happy with my car and the experience buying it. The whole team at PMG was absolutely fantastic, genuinely great people to deal with. The guys handled all of the initial details and were up front and very personable. Explained everything no problem at all and was easy to talk to. Had a bit of an odd situation as we had driven up from San Diego without the vehicle I was planning to trade in, just planning on looking around to see what was available, but after looking and test driving, Toyota Corolla 2023 was by far one of the best on the market and right in the price range I was looking for. They helped us work out a solution and was both helpful and straightforward, very enjoyable to work with. I left PMG happy with my new car and with the overall experience. When I made my first car purchase, I was a little concerned, but the people at this dealership made me feel comfortable. They made everything very obvious to me and made the papers easier to understand. I'm rather pleased with the used truck I ultimately bought. I appreciate how easy the procedure was!

Hands down best car buying experience I’ve ever had!! I just walked out today with 2009 Honda civic. I was helped by Joseph and he took care of us from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about the car and right away showed us the carfax detailing the history of the car. Once we decided on buying the car, Joseph went over all the paperwork and broken down every document one by one. I was pleasantly surprised that unlike other dealerships, they do NOT add unnecessary costly fees to the final price. We paid the normal sales tax + dmv/seller fees. Joseph went line by line explaining each fee and they were all very reasonable and standard. I went in ready to call out any BS fees but there was no need for that. That speaks volumes to the integrity here at PMG. I had the misfortune that went I left with the car, it wasn’t blowing out cold air. I know this isn’t how Joseph sold me the car because when we test drove the AC was normal. I thought nothing of it I just thought maybe It takes a minute to kick in but as I was getting closer to my house I realized it still was not working, so I stopped by a buddy of mine who is a mechanic and see if he would just service the AC and have me with cold air again but to my surprise he told me the AC compressor went out. I was devastated as this was less then an hour from driving off the lot. I was already dreading the expense since this is a costly repair. I called Joseph to explain what happened and without hesitation he said the team at PMG would offer to do the repair at NO COST!! Joseph knew the car was fine when we test drove it but even then he didn’t think twice when offering me to bring the car back so they can make that repair for me. He ordered the part for me and now I just have to wait for it to arrive so I can take the car in for the repair. I was very grateful as I had little hope of them doing anything like this just because I agreed to take the car as is. This is the kind of establishment and people I love giving my business too.  Ask for Joseph but I have no doubt that everyone here will have your best interest at heart.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience than working with PMG team. I'd been searching for an EV at a reasonable price. After looking online for weeks it was clear that they had the best used car inventory (with several different EVs that we could test drive at one location) and prices that were very reasonable. We returned the next day and finished all the paperwork in a short amount of time and without ANY hassle whatsoever. I'll be recommending them to anyone who is thinking about buying a quality used car.
