My mother, who was in her early 60’s at the time, purchased it with her, then boyfriend, so they could ride the San Tomas Creek paved trail. She wanted a shorter bike because she was afraid of falling over. For next owner this is the proverbial "hot-buy" item - from a grandmother who gently used this BMX bike. It is in fantastic shape. The chrome is brilliant and the tires are new and the rubber on the tires is soft and they have never been skidded on (hahaha). The bike has always been stored indoors. Upon purchase, and probably after her first ride, she bought an after market "Bell" soft padded bicycle seat. I do not have the original seat for the bike. The bike has the protective padding for frame and handlebars. Padded hand grips on the handlebars. Hand brakes for both front and rear tires. The rubber tires are soft and are air-tight. It has the original chain guard (this has the only blemish on the bike - slight dent and crinkle on the decal). All reflectors - on spokes (side, front, and rear) are in place. It comes with a kick-stand, stainless steel water bottle holder, and mountable handle-bar bell which easily be removed(think grandmother). W Item is sold "as is." Must pick-up bike and only cash transactions will be considered. If transaction will take place in person seller recommends Sheriff Office near Highway 85 and De Anza Blvd (Cupertino/Saratoga/West San Jose) at the Santa Clara County Sheriff Department location.
