Absolutely incredible customer service. I had to take my car back a couple of times due to starter issues. The first time they fixed me they only charged me for the part. No labor! And when I told them the problem was still persisting, they took it back with open arms and worked tirelessly to find the problem Once they did, they fixed it up and sent me home. They didn't charge me a penny for the final repair. Very big thank you to Ehab and Ali for their hard work, would definitely recommend!

Great used car dealership. Ehab really works to get a good finance offer.  I would really recommend this dealership.  I was approved for a Kia Optima fully loaded. They even replaced the brakes before I drove off the lot.  They even offer extended warranties.

If 10 stars was a rating I’d would probably try to give Victorville auto sales family 100 stars. The Service I experienced this Friday the 13th Was phenomenal! From the second I walked on the lot and started looking at my very first mom car, I was greeted with warm welcomes and all of my questions being answered! It took all of less than 10 minutes for me to find a car that I liked with a Reasonable price for mileage and years that the vehicle had been on the road! The process was shorter than I thought it would be, I was taken care of and walked through the process very soothingly. I did not think I’d being going home with a car this weekend! I am beyond pleased Victorville auto sales could make this happen for me!  The way this particular auto sales Family operates brings a warm welcome and I can already tell I will receive a different level of care than any other Dealership or auto sales Facility! Upon my departure, I Left feeling Taken care of, Secure, And hopeful for any future cars that I may purchase! Being a part of this family Has all the perks in the world!
