Beware of this place and go anywhere else but here!  They were deceptive and dishonest during the sales process.  They rushed the signing and hid paperwork during for the cancelation clause and didn’t offer me the option and instead covered the paperwork to get my signature.  When I reached out 2 days after the purchase wanting to purchase the coverage and return the vehicle since they also sold a vehicle that should not have been sold the were hostile and unwilling to help in any way. I provided a list of issues on the vehicle which they ignored. I contracted a delivery service to return the vehicle who they verbally attacked and threatened.
I have ceased communication and now working with an attorney to resolve.
A dealer that cares about customer service would have accepted the cancellation clause payment since it was less than 3 days post purchase and worked with the customer, not them!
Stay away and go elsewhere!

The customer service at this small, family-run business was exceptional. I am surprised by the one-star reviews.  We drove a friend 1.5 hours over here to purchase a 2009 Corolla. Amin, the general manager, greeted us promptly. He quickly arranged a test drive and patiently addressed all our concerns. He was very understanding when our friend had to take a 30-minute+ call for his bank. Amin thoroughly explained the cost breakdown to our friend, ensuring complete transparency and no hidden fees. They even provided a full tank of gas before we left! We will definitely return for any future vehicle purchases.
