I needed to purchase a new car. I had no idea where to start. I was overwhelmed. I drive by Marketplace 5 days a week on my way to and from work. He showed me what I asked for but it was pouring down rain and dark out, so I opted out of a test drive. Had an absolutely wonderful experience with Travis. My plans changed fairly suddenly and he was able to adjust to fit my needs quickly and had everything ready for me on almost no notice. No hard sale, answered all my questions, made the process painless, had me out of there in an hour, and hell even managed to save me a few bucks in the process.
