My entire experience was pretty dismal. The sales staff are under trained and have an insufficient knowledge base of the vehicles they’re selling. To this moment I still haven’t received an answer to the exact maximum towing and payload capacities of the new Ram 3500 Limited I just purchased. After leaving the dealership and upon arriving home I discovered the emblem on the hood of my truck said 2500 instead of 3500. I immediately called the dealership on my way back there to tell them they had sent me home in the wrong truck. On arrival at the dealership as I got out of the truck and out of curiosity I noticed the passenger side of the hood had a 3500 emblem. I was really upset. Instead of taking me inside the sales person made me wait in the parking lot (I’m guessing so that other customers wouldn’t overhear what we were talking about). A couple of people came out about 5 minutes later and started looking over the truck. They all appeared to be in disbelief. And assured me that it was just the emblem, that the truck was indeed a 3500 according to the VIN. However how am I supposed to know for sure? There’s nothing on the engine to indicate that it’s actually the correct model. They based their decision from the VIN and the rear suspension. There were no questions like “How do we make this right for you?” Or “We’re very sorry this happened and this is what we’re going to do for you to make it right.” I even had to go back the next day and stand around for 45 minutes to make sure they ordered the right emblem for the truck. Update: Two days later the service dept calls me to say the hitch I requested is in. I ask them about the incorrect hood emblem and my second key fob and they’re like “what?” Put me on hold. Went and talked to sales. Got back on the phone and said they talked to sales and sales said “Whoop’s”. We’ll order your parts, they should be here by Friday. Service and parts definitely my people Extremely helpful as I’ve posted reviews for these depts. Sales guys are really lacking. Overall I’m really disappointed with my experience. I think the response was pretty nonchalant. I got the impression no one was happy about working there and even heard the detail mgr yelling at some of the employees. I don’t know.

Update: It’s been 26 days since I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership. They have not paid off the lienholder of the vehicle I traded in as agreed upon in the purchase agreement contract. I have spoken to the finance person multiple times with assurance that they would pay off the trade vehicle and that the business manager would return my call to provide me with an update resolution to this problem. I have received no phone calls. No one wants to take ownership and be responsible for this problem. I’m now making payments on two vehicles. One of which is not in my possession and has probably already been sold as I no longer see it on their lot. Since the business manager refuses to call me back and provide me with any feedback I have filed formal written complaints with multiple agencies and offices.

Update: Avoid doing business or purchasing a new vehicle from this dealership at all costs. Their business practices are shady and unprofessional. Customer service after the sale is nonexistent. At 26 days of not returning my calls and avoiding me; not providing me with any resolution to them NOT paying off my trade vehicle I was forced to file formal written complaints to: The California Attorney General, The Santa Clara County Attorney General, The Dept. of Consumer Affairs, The Federal Trade Commission, DMV Investigations, the Morgan Hill City Chamber of Commerce, the Morgan Hill City Council, City Mayor, City Attorney, and City Clerk. And then I notified the dealership finance department by voicemail. Only because they wouldn’t take my call. This afternoon they wire transferred the payoff amount in full on my trade vehicle. I cannot stress the amount of frustration I went through to get them to actually fulfill their part of the contract agreement. Avoid this place like the plague.

This was hands down the best experience I have ever had finding a vehicle. The staff was willing to work with me. Never once did they try to up sell me or make me buy ridiculous add ons. Ryan, Mike, and Josh knocked it out of the park with customer satisfaction. Everyone was professional and strait to the point. I would highly recommend if you or anyone you know is in the market for a vehicle new or used this is the dealership you want to go to! Thank you CDJR!!

Just purchased my Dodge Charger from Morgan Hill CDJR, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me. This dealership truly stands out for their honesty, professionalism, and top-tier customer service. If you’re in the market for a car, do yourself a favor and check them out. They’ve earned a customer for life!

If anyone plans to go to this dealership (CDJR Morgan Hill), I highly recommend thinking twice because they are a #1 scammer!

Reason: I recently purchased a used 2022 Mercedes-Benz S500 4Matic on June 08, 2025. Based on the advertisement in Carfax, this car had no accidents reported. That was why it brought me to this scammer (CDJR Morgan Hill), and paid for my car as a clean title price. After I purchased the car, I found out that the front camera was blacked out. Then I brought the car back to this scammer (CDJR Morgan Hill) and they told me to bring my car back to the Mercedes-Benz (MB) dealership, which I did. After MB’s diagnosis, the diagnostic report said:

1.	Had been in an accident.
2.	The front camera blacked out; the camera was glued back, and the glue covered the camera lens. That would never come from the MB factory per MB adviser.
3.	The interior light stayed on because the wiring with the sensor was incorrect.
4.	The right rear seat belt function has a malfunction (this is a safety issue).

The total cost to repair all of these is about $6K, and it wouldn’t be covered by the MB warranty. Then I brought the MB diagnostic report back to the scammer (CDJR Morgan Hill) to demand they pay for these repairs, and then I will keep the car and let everything go. The GM – Chris said, “They don’t have money to pay for this”, and they no longer owned this car. Hello. I bought this from your dealer, and you should let the customer know whether the car has been in an accident or not. It was very ridiculous how they treated a customer. Shame on you!

P.S. Scammer (CDJR Morgan Hill) – I will see you in court.

I would give CDJR Morgan Hill a negative star if Google or Yelp or other social media has that option!
