This is a very large, heavy-duty executive office furniture set sold as-is. 1. ⚠️ REQUIRED PICKUP & TRANSPORT: * This set is extremely heavy and large * Buyer is responsible for pickup and transport. You MUST bring appropriate help (at least 2 strong people) and a large vehicle (truck or moving van). * We can coordinate with a third-party moving company at the buyer's expense if preferred. 2. 🔎 CONDITION: * The set is USED and structurally sound, but shows wear consistent with its age. * Minor cosmetic blemishes exist: Expect surface wear, scuffs, and some trim pieces coming loose/off that may need simple reattachment. The price reflects this used condition. 3. 🗄️ COMPONENTS: * Modular Desk Set: Includes the large Bow-Front Desk, a separate Credenza base unit, and the overhead Storage Hutch. * There is also a large filing cabinet and a hutch with glass doors that we can sell for an additional $100 each. * Desk chair is $50 * We will include the 2 client chairs for free * Finish: Rich Dark Cherry (or specify exact color) wood veneer.
