This is a CollectA Breyer dog figurine, an American Staffordshire Terrier or "Am Staff". It is number 88610 from either their "Breyer Corral Pals" or "Dog Collection by CollectA" (I've seen both of these when I looked it up, but I don't personally collect these, so I'm not entirely sure which is correct). Made of solid plastic, it measures a little over 3.5" long (tip of nose to tip of tail) and about 2.5" tall. "All CollectA models are crafted to the highest standards and made with high quality, safe, phthalate-free, lead-free materials." Condition is excellent; I don't see any flaws or issues.
