Is your Turbo Express dead? Powers on but no video or even no audio? Most likely your capacitors are dead, corroded onto the terminals and board, and need replacement. Fresh, new capacitors will bring it back to life! NEC was known to use cheap parts, which meant their consoles would die over time. Have your capacitors replaced and get it running again by me! New SMD caps and get your controller PCB cap replaced as well. Get all the corrosion cleaned and your PCB looking great again. I am not selling a Turbo Express. This is a recap service.
