De Laval cream separator. “Model 18” My family purchased this from a farm in Iowa in approx 1975 and it has been in our CA home since. We never used it for anything. It was just a decorative item. What I can tell you about it. - The stainless steel is in very good condition. - The base and all the black on it has surface rust but no deep rust. It just needs to be sandblasted and repainted. - The badging is all intact and all the parts are are there. - The flywheel spins. The unit is by no means frozen up, but it spins slow. It just needs somebody to know what they’re doing to bring it back to life. This is a perfect unit for restoring or for a museum or anything like that. Unit to be picked up by new owners, or shipping arranged by purchaser in Tustin.
