Great customer service, extremely professional and transparent with information on vehicles. Sam was extremely helpful and assured me that the vehicle i’m getting into is a good one.

I recently contacted this dealership to inquire about purchasing a vehicle. During our initial conversation, they requested my credit information, which I provided. They assured me that they would discuss my options with my bank and follow up with me. Unfortunately, I never received a return call.
I attempted to contact the dealership twice, but my calls went unanswered. A representative named Sam did reach out to me, but he failed to follow up on our discussion.
Based on my experience, I would advise others to explore alternative options for purchasing a vehicle. The lack of professionalism and follow-through at this dealership was disappointing. Don’t go here if you’re a serious buyer. I wish I can give them a zero star…smh

Update: You see why I said you guys aren’t serious? Which bank denied my credit score? Are you guys for real? You’re just not serious and don’t know what you’re doing over.
