The Aquael Ultramax Canister Filter is a powerful and efficient canister filter designed to be used in both fresh and saltwater aquariums. This Aquael Ultramax Canister Filter is easy to install and maintain, with a simple priming system and quick-release valves makes it easy to access the filter media. The filter also includes a prefilter. The pre-filter allows for quick & easy maintenance to your filter instead of having to take your whole canister apart. The ceramic rotor shaft, coupled with the design of the pump rotor and the rotor chamber result in virtually noiseless operation. Use the filter in any room, even in a bedroom. It features a large canister that can hold 3 to 5 trays of filter media, allowing for maximum filtration and a healthy, clear aquarium environment. The filter is available in three different sizes (1000, 1500, 2000). For tanks ranging from 25 to 185 Gallon tanks, and features a variable flow rate that can be adjusted to suit your aquarium's specific needs.
