Description

85 year old photo trading cards by Senior Service, a British brand of cigarettes. Includes 22 Cards of Winter Scenes in England, Switzerland, Norway, etc. The brand was named after the nickname of the Royal Navy. Senior Service was launched in 1925 by "J.A. Pattreiouex Ltd", a company that was acquired by Gallaher in 1937. Senior Service was one of the most expensive brands available. Just before WW2, from 1(contact info removed), J. A. Pattreioux Ltd. issued card sets of cigarette trading photo cards that were issued with Senior Service cigarettes. Price is for the whole bundle / lot shown in the pictures.
