Description

These 2, colorful, hand-painted figures have been in our family, adorning fireplace mantles, dining room buffets and/or hearths since the 1920's. They each stand 17" high with a 6" diameter base. They are made of plaster or a similar material. Because of their age, as expected, there is a tiny bit of fracturing in a couple of areas on the surface as well as a couple of chips. Nothing blatant or distracting from their beauty. These marks can be seen when the pictures are enlarged on the screen, as in the boy's collar. All can be touched up with paint or special art markers. These 2 sweet siblings need a new home since we are downsizing, and sadly, weno longer will have a place in our home for them. Will you please adopt them?
