Selling a 2007 Ford Expedition XLT EL with 29,000 miles on it for $10,000. 

This car was previously owned by the Westminster police department and was used as a surveillance vehicle (see last photo).

We gutted the vehicle of all surveillance equipment, and are selling the car for 30% under market value. Vehicle would make a great tow vehicle, transport vehicle, or can be bought and transformed into a livable vehicle.
